Our House in the Middle of the Street
This is my house number that I’m proud to live in. There have been plenty of shenanigans from the climbing wall to the stump fire they all hold a special place in my heart. It makes me thankful for the friends and family that I have down here. I know one thing about this house I’m going to miss it dearly.
Coolest Frog Ever
This little guy was on the wall of my house. Quite literally hanging out and looking mighty cool at the same time. I’ve always liked frogs and thought they were good luck just ask my good friend J2.
Definitely Made of Cheese
Look at that celestial body right there! One thing I love is looking at the stars, moon, and sky at night. This was taken a while back on a tripod with a 200mm lens. my favorite part is that the craters turned out sharper than I could have ever hoped for.
Go Snail Go!!
My friend pointed out this little snail hauling it across the pavement and it turned into a great macro image. As you can see I really love macro images and there are probably more to come. the detail it brings out is just amazing to me.
Play us out Cricket!
This is my other escape from reality my keyboard. I can sit and play for hours at a time. Its definitely a learning process but its a lot of fun. Also sorry for missing yesterday’s post I was swamped!
Footloose
These are some of the best people I know. Daniel G. and Evan D. They have been a huge part of my life and have given me everything from a ride to a laugh to some of the greatest advice and support I’ve gotten from friends, not to mention people i can dance in front of without them awkwardly staring instead they would just join in. Lastly these two are the happiest couple that I’ve ever seen and and wish them a long and happy relationship. Also this very rarely happens but I got this picture the first try and in my opinion it is perfect its almost like you can see the joy and love that is Daniel and Evan.
Up close and… Weird.
Every now and then I see one of these alien looking flowers but I’ve never gotten a chance to take a picture of one and its even more beautiful the closer you get. It looks like some kind of ufo or something. Any info on the flower would be nice but other wise enjoy and continue to be creative out there!
Alabama Pines
This image was inspired by one of my favorite songs by Jason Isbell: Alabama pines. True to the lyrics “Somebody take me home, through those Alabama pines.” this was taken in my back yard from the top of a bona fide Alabama pine overlooking the Tennessee river. I can honestly say that I will never get tired of this view and I would argue with anyone that this small town we live in is one of the most beautiful places on the earth.
Adventures with the boys.
Today I chose one of my favorite things, my bike, on top of cold water mountain. It was definitely a rough ride but it was a fun day with the boys.
Today I was hoping to get outside and get some nature but by the time I was ready to shoot, it started storming really hard. So I chose the most outside thing in my house my fish! This right here is the coolest fish anyone has ever seen he is a dragon-scale betta and goes by Dovahfiin after The Skyrim Dovahkiin meaning dragonborn. As it turns out the little feller is camera shy but I was pleased with this shot. I got a few images where his gills were flared out but, unfortunately, they were underexposed. All in all I’m happy with day one and looking forward to your pictures and tomorrow.
